Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality floral creations: bouquets, hampers and stands Lead development of seasonal and new product collections, including concept creation, sourcing, costing, and rollout Oversee daily operations: condition stock, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate deliveries Plan and manage peak?period workflows (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas) Track budgets and cost margins, recommending efficiency improvements

Requirements

3+ years' floristry experience Strong leadership: able to train, delegate, and manage a small team Excellent botanical knowledge and design sense, with attention to trends and seasonality
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
