JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Take meal order and check diet chit for accuracy for every patient through the Electronic Meal Ordering System and practice service quality standards * Comply to all service quality, infection control, health, and safety JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Take meal order and check diet chit for accuracy for every patient through the Electronic Meal Ordering System and practice service quality standards Comply to all service quality, infection control, health, and safety requirements Compliant on infection control and put on the appropriate personal protective safety (PPE) at all times Liaise with kitchen to ensure adequate supply of condiments supplies in the pantry Ensure diet chit and patient details are accurate Daily upkeep patient pantry and ward food trolleys Serve patients meals and clear food trays at stipulated times Check and discard all expired food and record all refrigerators' daily temperatures Undertake duties or improvement projects assigned by superior JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Diploma in any discipline with some experience in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Prepared to work on rotating shifts Customer oriented Basic IT Knowledge Working Location:
