We strive to attract top talent and create a great workplace where people feel engaged, inspired, challenged, proud and respected.An opportunity has arisen in Singapore, our Asia Pacific headquarter for commercially minded finance professional to join a leading technology company.The Senior FP&A Manager, APAC, is a key business partner to APAC Sales and Marketing organization, responsible for business control and a broad range of financial analytics including preparations and analysis of Sales P&L, budgeting and controls.In this highly visible role, the Senior FP&A Manager, APAC will be working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and have the business acumen and communication skills to collaborate cross-functions with leaders in APAC and Global HQ.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advice and support for Sales and Marketing teams across APAC region, inclusive of ANZ, Japan, Greater China, India & Middle East, Korea and Southeast Asia.
• Partner with Sales VP and regional leaders to ensure achievement of corporate targets.

• Lead and coordinate core FP&A processes collaborating with sales leaders, such as development of annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts, including sales projections, P&L, analysis and presentation materials.

• Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of Netgear APAC revenue and expense drivers and how they fit into the overall picture.
• Conduct financial modeling and reviews to drive Sales profitability and make recommendations on key promotional activities.
• Budgeting and control of Sales & Marketing spend.
• Strengthen collaboration and partnership with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring synergies and coordinated efforts, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Represent APAC team and work with colleagues in WW FP&A, Finance and Operations teams to form comprehensive view of financial and business performance.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance. Professional Accounting accreditations or advanced degree in business preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of combined FP&A / business controllership / accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of P&L statements variables and accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to connect the dots, approach issues and address problems with can do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, oral, listening and presentational.
• Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and interact as a business partner.
• Possess good judgement and organizational skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and capable of handing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff.
• Works effectively and collaboratively.
• Maintains high performance standards, commitment and integrity.
• Relevant experience in the technology sector and channel business a plus.
• Proficient excel skill, familiarity with Hyperion, Salesforce, Tableau, Oracle a plus.

This is a hybrid position. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from office 2-3 days a week and as business needs.Disclaimers:
