Overview
This role is designed to initiate reliable and timely financial analysis, planning and reporting for JAPA region, including monthly, quarterly, actual result analysis, rolling forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range plans. This role provides the management team with reliable information to support strategic decision making. The role will also cover any projects and operational analysis tasks as required by the business leaders.Responsibilities
- Lead and prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, annual budget and monthly executive review package. Strive for ways to implement and simplify the budget and executive review processes.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews for the decisions, and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support growth and improve profitability.
- Perform financial modelling and analysis when required to support the business decision.
- Business partner from finance for the region
- Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years proven finance planning and analysis experience
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting preferably comes with professional accounting certifications such as CPA, CIMA or ACCA.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable with 10-20% of travelling
- Good knowledge of US GAAP
- Prior exposure in manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Able to link the financial results to operation drive, provide alternatives and drive for changes.
- Experience with SAP and various Microsoft Office applications.
