MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS : Analyze and characterize fragrances (by GC/MS/FID) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, Personal Care and Household, Work on full fragrance formula reconstitution. Lead individual analytical projects and exchange and discuss results with Perfumers Mentoring to Junior Fragrances Analyst Regional reference and expert in the Analysis area and point of contact with the Global Analysis community Support the day to day running of the laboratory, including maintenance of the GC/MS/FID equipment, purchasing consumables Maintain and develop a high level of fragrance raw material knowledge EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Professional Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline preferable with Analytics background AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE . 6-10 Years relevant experience . Proven experience in GCMS analysis, from ChemStation or other data processing software . Expertise as Fragrance Analyst . Deep knowledge of raw materials used in the fragrance industry (synthetic & natural) Only shortlisted candidate will be notified
