Senior/ Front Office Manager Hospitality Industry

Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Oversee front office team and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operation
  • Responsible for all administrative functions within front office including front desk, call centre, club lounge and concierge
  • Ensure service delivery standards are followed to ensure guests\' satisfaction
  • Periodically review, assess and improve SOPs and service standards
  • Constant review of financial performance and suggest improvement measures
  • Work with reservations and sales team to maximize room occupancy and department revenue Work closely with cross departments to resolve guests issues and complaints
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements
  • Bachelor of Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years of similar experience
