Oversee front office team and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operation
Responsible for all administrative functions within front office including front desk, call centre, club lounge and concierge
Ensure service delivery standards are followed to ensure guests\' satisfaction
Periodically review, assess and improve SOPs and service standards
Constant review of financial performance and suggest improvement measures
Work with reservations and sales team to maximize room occupancy and department revenue Work closely with cross departments to resolve guests issues and complaints
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor of Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years of similar experience
