Responsibilities

Leading a development team in developing enterprise web applications.
Deliver code in an agile team environment
Drive teams to follow clean code principles.
Lead code reviews to drive teams to the highest standards for web apps.
Encourage code craftsmanship across team.
Partner closely with design and product teams to craft product experiences while providing technical guidance and solutions
Develop applications following best practices of accessibility and test-driven development.
Create reusable, testable, organized, efficient, and self-documenting code/components.
Deliver code in a DevOps environment.

Requirements

Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology related studies
At least 8+ years professional application or frontend development experience.
At least 2 years experience leading development teams in developing enterprise web applications.
Full SDLC experience including application testing using ideally Cucumber, Cypress, Selenium or PACT.
Subject Matter Expert-level knowledge of React.js and its core principles, popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux), data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js), and core JavaScript.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Track record of translating business requirements into technical requirements.
