What Youll Do

• Design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications with exceptional UX and performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your development speed, test ideas, and enhance user experience.
• Continuously ship from prototypes to polished releases and share progress daily with your team.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale production systems for reliability and speed.
• Contribute to a writing-first culture: document your work clearly for a fully remote, async team.

What Were Looking For

• Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript are essential.
• A passion for crafting intuitive, elegant, and fast user experiences.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment adaptable, self-directed, and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills for async collaboration (Slack, Notion, code reviews).
• Bonus: familiarity with Firebase, YJs, Tiptap, or Rust, or experience bridging frontend and backend systems.
