• Lead the design and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring seamless translation of UI/UX designs into technically sound solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code, establishing reference libraries to streamline future projects.
• Provide technical leadership in front-end development, guiding and mentoring the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) throughout the development lifecycle, from building to release.
• Build and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ensuring efficient testing and deployment processes.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of front-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Expertise in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in optimizing website performance and user experience through the implementation of reusable and clean code.
• Proficiency in Unix-based operating systems and services, along with a strong command of common Unix command line tools.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, such as CI/CD, with a strong emphasis on advocating for automated testing\'s value.
