To support the rapid expansion of our supply chain, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fulfillment Program Manager in Singapore to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

The Senior Fulfillment Program Manager will play a critical role in collaborating with various departments, including SLT, Global Trade, Facility, Sales, Planning, and engineering teams, to bring up a new site in Singapore for Fulfillment. You\'ll be managing our 3PL warehouse service providers to fulfill customer demand. You will work collaboratively with our Planning, Logistics and Sales team to receive supply and execute orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will also work closely with our Asia Pacific and EMEA fulfillment team to develop fulfillment processes and systems. The Senior Fulfillment Program Manager will report under Planning and Logistics group and work to improve the flexibility and resiliency of our supply chain.

What you\'ll be doing:

You\'ll work with different operations teams to lead the bring-up of our new Singapore DC and support the bring-up of SLT locations.

Work with warehouse, SLT, IT, Logistics and facility team to ensure that the facility installation, system and legal entities set up is completed according to project timeline.

Ensure knowledge transfer between the Hong Kong Omni site and Singapore Omni site are efficient and complete.

What we need to see:

10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in electronic fulfillment or supply chain operations management

Extensive experience leading cross-functional team in start-up projects in a new country

Extensive experience managing 3PL or manufacturing service suppliers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in leading WMS or ERP system improvement projects

Experience in working with industrial engineering on automation and material flow optimization

Knowledge of Singapore trade, regulatory and commercial environment

Good active listening skills and quick in learning new knowledge

High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative environment
