Drive design discussions and own the technical direction of the project.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Support integration with third-party APIs and financial services platforms.
Implement CI/CD best practices and unit testing standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 years
of hands-on development experience.
Proven leadership in at least
2 full project lifecycles
as a Technical Lead.
Strong knowledge in
React.js
,
Node.js
,
Typescript
, and
RESTful APIs
.
Familiar with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Exposure to
banking or financial services
systems is a strong advantage.
Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and cloud services (e.g., AWS/Azure).
