Key responsibilities

• Handle daily unit trust valuations, oversee NAV price reviews, and manage statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Be involved in fund reporting, tax matters, and distributions for unit trusts.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage special requests for institutional clients, including fee checks and expense processing.
• Work with transfer agents and support business teams with reports and client queries.
• Monitor vendors and daily operations, track issues, and follow up on fixing errors.

• Degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in the asset management and securities services industry, specializing in fund valuation, administration, and operational processes.
• Well-versed in accounting standards, portfolio accounting for diverse instruments, and tax compliance requirements.
• Ability to multitask and work unsupervised in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influential skills to communicate with senior stakeholders to get the work done.
• Experience with system transitions, migration projects, and managing outsourced vendor operations is advantageous.
