Senior Fund Controller

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your primary responsibility will be to provide financial accounting support across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and compliance function of the Group
- Review of the consolidated monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts within stipulated deadlines and to maintain accurate accounting records
- Review of financial and operating budgets and forecasts for the Group
- Preparation of the cashflow balances and forecast for the Group
- Ensure income distributions are done accurately and in a timely manner
- Review of GST, withholding tax, FATCA, CRS, tax returns and ensure submission in a timely manner
- Assist with review of tax structure reports, financial and tax due diligence reports and related works on M&A deals
- Manage, monitor and proper accounting of onshore and offshore loans and hedging arrangements
- Ensure Transfer Pricing documentation are put in place for related party transactions
- Manage internal audits within the Group
- Degree in accountancy or equivalent with minimum 12 years of experience in a similar platform
