Job Description

The senior General Manager is fully responsible for formulating and executing the company's overall strategy. This role oversees the entire value chain--from project investment and financing, product design and construction, to marketing operations. The core objective is to maximize investment returns, enhance brand value, and achieve sustainable and high-quality growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Decision-Making

Formulate and implement the company's long-term development strategies, annual business plans, and budget schemes. Represent the company in handling key external relationships, including with government authorities, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

2. Business planning

Lead the business development team to identify market opportunities and build reliable information channels.

3. Project Development & Construction Management

Take overall responsibility for project lifecycle management - quality, cost, safety, and schedule. Supervise design, cost, and engineering teams to ensure all phases-from planning and design to construction and delivery - meet company standards for quality, budget, and progress.

4. Marketing & Asset Operations

Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve sales and cash flow targets. Bear ultimate responsibility for brand building and corporate reputation.

5. Corporate Operations & Financial Management

Fully oversee daily corporate operations, optimizing organizational structure and management processes.

6. Team Development & Corporate Culture

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team. Establish and promote the company's culture and core values to strengthen team cohesion and morale. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction field
