Job Summary:

As the Senior Global Operations Advisor, you will provide strategic oversight and advisory support to optimize operational efficiency, risk management, and cross-border compliance for our global brokerage operations. Based in Singapore but reporting to the Group CEO/Board, you will ensure alignment between regional execution and corporate strategy while mentoring local leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on group-level operational frameworks, including technology, liquidity management, and regulatory compliance (MAS, ESMA, etc.). Optimize operational efficiency by identifying and implementing cross-regional synergies to enhance scalability while maintaining cost discipline. Monitor operational risks and ensure adherence to international standards (e.g., AML, CFD margin policies). Liaise with legal/compliance teams to align Singapore (CMS-licensed) operations with global policies. Analyse KPIs (execution speeds, slippage, client onboarding) and recommend improvements. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows between HQ and regional offices. Deliver strategic advisory to executive leadership on high-impact projects and operational excellence methodologies Facilitate knowledge transfer between global and local teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

10+ years in senior operations roles within CFD/FX brokerage, fintech, or financial services.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of MAS, ESMA, and ASIC frameworks, especially for leveraged products.

Leadership:

Proven track record advising C-suite executives in multinational firms.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, or related field.
