The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising, designing and executing a comprehensive range of visual materials across
multiple brands
within the company's portfolio. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role requiring expertise in
branding, packaging, print, digital, website, event and social media design
.
The designer will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver visually compelling and strategically aligned creative work that enhances brand identity, drives engagement, and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Concept Development
Design and conceptualise artwork collaterals across various mediums -- print, digital, packaging, event and web.
Develop creative visuals, layouts, illustrations and mock-ups in alignment with each brand's visual identity and objectives.
Produce finished artwork ready for print or digital release while maintaining brand consistency and high creative standards.
Brainstorm regularly with the marketing and creative teams to develop fresh concepts, campaigns and visual ideas.
Perform quality checks on all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness.
Handle general creative and design-related duties as assigned.

Social Media
Create visually stunning content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for brands in the health, beauty and wellness categories.
Design graphics, layouts, illustrations, and typography that align with each brand's tone, identity and aesthetic direction.

Digital Media
Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital campaign assets including but not limited to EDMs, web banners and landing pages.
Conceptualise and design website layouts, incorporating UI/UX best practices for optimal user experience.
Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX tools is advantageous.

Print and Marketing Media
Conceptualise and create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, promotional items and corporate presentations.
Ensure designs are visually engaging, target the right audience, and align with each brand's identity.
Prepare artworks for print production, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Packaging
Design product packaging, including boxes, labels, inserts and outer cartons.
Conceptualise packaging that reflects brand identity and enhances the customer's unboxing experience.
Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure print accuracy, materials quality and final production standards.

Event and Outdoor Media
Develop visuals for events, roadshows, exhibitions and community service activities -- including banners, spider backdrops, signages, and large-format graphics.
Ensure visuals reinforce brand identity and create strong visual impact across different event scales.
Provide support (operational - talking to customers etc) during events when additional manpower is required.

Photography & Videography
Assist with basic photography and videography, including product shoots, event coverage and content creation for social and digital use.
Support editing, retouching and post-production work where required.

Brand and Project Management
Manage multiple brand identities and design projects simultaneously.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, HR, Operations) and external vendors or suppliers to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Handle sourcing, ordering and purchasing of marketing and design-related materials such as uniforms, packaging and promotional items.
Maintain proper archives of design files, brand assets and artwork documentation.

Teamwork & Collaboration
Communicate effectively with team members to manage workloads, priorities and timelines.
Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and team discussions to contribute creative ideas and improvements.
Provide guidance or support to junior designers or interns when necessary.

Ad Hoc Duties
Perform additional creative or operational tasks as assigned by management to support company initiatives or marketing needs.
Requirements
#
Experience
Proven background in
graphic design
covering both online and offline media.
Strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities in
packaging, event collateral, print materials, outdoor media, social and digital design
.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multi-brand or fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with
UI/UX design
and tools such as
Figma
or
Adobe XD
.
Experience with
3D design software
for mock-ups is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of
photography, videography
, and editing software is preferred.
