Key Responsibilities
- Good knowledge about videography and photography for large events and visual effects and knowledge about sound system live streaming on all the platforms.
- Effect to work with the large member of the team and long hours.
- Must commit to working on weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions to support brand and product marketing strategies & business needs.
- KV and content cropping for all channels. (websites, social media, OOH)
- Edit videos formats adaptation and images
- Understand and embody the brand\'s personality while articulating the brand\'s tonality and creative identity.
- Ensure the brand image is maintained at a consistent level of excellence and within guidelines.
- Create on-trend, assist in the shooting and editing of styled images and videos for website, social and digital platforms
- Conceptualize, visualize, and execute creative graphic design (rough movie boards, flat layouts, 3D perspectives).
- Research and mood board for new ideas and concepts, working with the Head of Creative to be on top of trends and on-brand aesthetics.
- Always thinking creatively and ahead to create content for brand needs and purposes
- Effectively communicate the creative objectives of projects and partner with various departments to deliver the right assets on time.
- Assist Marketing in creating simple pitch decks and presentations, and other marketing assets such as corporate EDM.
- Liaise with agencies, and vendors, managing quotes and production schedules.
- Ability to the management of multiple creative projects\' workflow and timeline.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Local or overseas.
- At least 10 or more years of relevant experience (experience in the beauty/fashion/luxury industry is a plus). More experienced candidates could be considered at the Assistant Manager level.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or other common design applications.
- Excellent Graphic design skills (2D and 3D), Creativity skills (good photography will be a plus)
- Good understanding of creative design, layout, and typography and has a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Able to communicate well with others as well as exhibit excellent listening skills to be able to translate complex concepts.
- Able to operate independently, work well in a multi-culture environment, as well a good team player.
- A quick and avid learner with great dedication and discipline.
- The ideal candidate will be energetic, task-oriented, and creative with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluent in Tamil English (speaking and writing) to liaise with our Indian and overseas-speaking associates.
- Japanese language skills are a plus.
- The ability to share a compelling portfolio of graphic design work is preferred
- You are able to develop event identity and key visuals aligning with corporate brand guides and brief
- You are able to conceptualize content, crystallize ideas and illustrate various designs clearly articulating the concept and rationale.
- You are willing to share your experience, know how to work closely with the marketing team, and make creative contributions through brainstorming sessions and research.
- You are confident but humble, helpful, and courteous. Willing to be an integral part of a small agency, know your trade, and how to work well with people.
- You are organized, driven, and determined to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- You will work closely with our designers, ensuring our vision and qualities are maintained from creative concept to execution.
- Working within an agency environment with notable design experience is an advantage.
