Job Description
Our client, a SGX listed firm with over S$10 Billion in AUM is currently seeking for a Senior Group Tax Manager.
As part of a 4 man team, the Senior Group Tax Manager will be responsible for tax advisory & compliance. Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will act as the group tax leader and support M&As, JVs, corporate re-organizations from tax perspectives.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a Degree in Accounting or equivalent from a reputable university At least 12 years of tax experience, gained across both commercial organizations and Big 4 accounting firm Strong understanding in tax compliance, planning rules & regulations Strong communicator as this role is required to work closely with various Business Units Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment A candidate with tax experience within MNCs or Listed firms will be preferred
