Job Description
Job Summary:
- $2500 - $3000
- 5 Days Work Week, 44hrs Per Week
- Rotating Shift (Morning, Noon, Night)
- Location: Central/East (4-5 Star Hotel)
- Greeting guests upon arrival.
- Handling check-in and out of guests.
- Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handling room reservations and cancellations.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and reception area.
- Monitoring the lobby and ensuring the security of the hotel.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.
- Customer service oriented.
