We are hiring a

Senior Hardware Engineer

on behalf of our client for a one-year contract position, with the potential for extension. In this role, you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of hardware development - from design and troubleshooting to testing and documentation. You'll be part of a collaborative engineering environment focused on performance, functionality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and improve hardware designs Plan and execute validation and compliance testing Apply design-for-testability and manufacturability best practices Generate technical documentation and test plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products Investigate design issues and propose robust engineering solutions

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in electronics product design and testing, including: Microprocessor/Microcontroller system design (ARM preferred), Memory systems and logic design (FPGA, CPLD, PAL), Board-level electronic design with early test planning, Ethernet/USB interface design, testing, and certification Skilled in schematic capture and PCB layout tools Experience in board and system-level design verification testing Familiarity with EMI/EMC countermeasures and compliance standards Proficient in signal integrity testing using oscilloscopes and network analyzers Knowledge of environmental and certification test procedures Hands-on experience in managing prototype builds and BOM processes Bonus: Experience with Functional Safety development (IEC 61508)
