Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. At least 20 years of proven experience in TCM education and academic administration. Strong understanding of TCM curriculum design, academic operations, and quality assurance frameworks. Qualified to teach at least one core TCM subject (e.g. TCM Diagnostics, Internal Medicine, or Classical Texts). Familiar with Singapore's Private Education Act, EduTrust Certification Scheme. Demonstrated leadership in managing academic teams, faculty coordination, and examinations. * High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
