What the role is:You will be part of the Healthcare Finance team that oversees long-term care financing policies, such as CareShield Life and ElderShield. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will review, formulate, and implement policies relating to long-term care insurance (i.e. CareShield Life, ElderShield) and disability assistance schemes (e.g. ElderFund, Interim Disability Assistance Programme for the Elderly, Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme). You will work on policies to enable the sustainable financing and affordability of long-term care, to support Singapore\'s ageing population. You will work with MOH divisions, other government agencies, and industry stakeholders to identify and analyse gaps in the current long-term care landscape to co-create policy solutions. This includes the design, implementation and review of healthcare financing policies, data analysis, project management, and public communications and engagement with providers.
