What the role is:
You will work with a dynamic and vibrant team to develop, review and implement healthcare manpower recruitment and attraction policies to meet the healthcare workforce needs of the public healthcare sector. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on:
Healthcare manpower is the cornerstone of a robust, efficient and safe healthcare system. You will work with key stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions to recruit and attract locals and foreigners into the public healthcare sector. These include designing attractive scholarships/sponsorships and training grants to attract fresh graduates or mid-careerists to develop a career in healthcare and ensuring proper fund governance to assure return on investment.
