Job Family Definition:
Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management.
Management Level Definition:
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer engagement, including planning, controlling, and implementing solutions to meet scope, budget, time, and quality expectations. This role involves working on large, complex, and high-risk projects that require expert analysis, advanced problem-solving, and collaboration with corporate teams, customers, and third-party vendors. You will play a critical role in managing financials, developing business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships, while also mentoring and guiding project team members.
Must have a proven track record in managing high-complexity projects, and have Project Management certification such as PMP. This role requires advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to navigate complex commercial and legal challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach are essential, as the role demands frequent face-to-face interactions with customers to build trust and drive successful project outcomes.
