• Well established company
• Basic $3500 - $4500 + Mobile Allowance + AWS +VB
• Working hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Working location: Tuas (West Side)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting, resume search, cold calling, pre-screening, interview, selection and job offer, work passes application
• Liaison with outsourced payroll vendor for employees\' wages, leave and claims matters, government-paid leave claims, NS men claims, foreign employees\' tax clearance and employees\' yearly income tax.
• Work closely with the line managers to identify employees\' competencies and gaps, and training needs, and coordinate with the line managers for the training course schedule
• Handle work pass application, cancellation and renewal, respond to MOM work passes matters and government agencies surveys matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management
