And if you\'re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.So, what\'s the role all about?The Senior HR Business Partner for APAC reports to the VP HR International (based in the UK) and works closely with and supports complex pan-APAC client groups of +250 employees and leaders comprising Sales, Pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, Services, Marketing and Corporate Services professionals from across all of NICE business units.The main purpose of this role is to partner with the leadership and global HR teams to align organizational and people capabilities with the business strategy and needs in the APAC region, shape an excellent employee experience, drive a robust organizational climate aim to attract, develop and retain the right talent to the organization. Supported by local Talent Acquisition and HR operations, the role will be involved with all levels of the HR operational remit as well as supporting and leading both global and regional HR projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to gain invaluable experience and unique insights in the technology industry, and bring their experience into a global, multi-national, dynamic, and success-driven organization.How will you make an impact?

  • Driving professional, comprehensive HR partnership to NICE APAC business units (+ 250 employees), spanning over APAC countries such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan and Korea
  • Driving talent strategy for the local teams unit in line with the global and region HR strategy, including talent development, leadership development, employment engagement and workforce planning
  • Leading regional HR processes (onboarding, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement and performance) and ensuring adherence to regional and global practices and policies.
Being a member of the APAC regional and Global HR teams * Being a HR Professional focal point for managers and employees at all levels (management consulting, career development, employee engagement and experience, etc.)
  • Providing local HR expertise in local employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance to local labor regulations
  • Supporting organizational changes including communications and transition plans
  • Ensuring people data accuracy and leverage data to create deep insights and facilitate business and people decisions
  • Work with HR Centre of Excellence (COE), Organization Development (OD), and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams in leading and driving HR initiatives and programs in APAC region
Have you got what it takes?
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR professional, and at least 3 years of experience as a client-facing HR Business Partner supporting APAC region, ideally coming from a global, matrixed, technology sales environment
  • A solid understanding of the full HR cycle in particular knowledge of performance management, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations, employee engagement, employment laws, mentoring and coaching, resource management and career planning
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills and proven success in establishing credibility with senior leaders, while handling complex and difficult situations
  • Experience in working effectively under pressure to drive multiple deliverables in short time constraints; resilient and flexible
  • Has a customer service orientation with excellent organizational skills, execution, and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrates passion - approaches all tasks in a can-do attitude, and committed to upholding professional standards
  • Relevant graduate-level academic degree. Majoring in HR or CIPD qualified is a plus
