Senior HR cum Admin Executive
Location: Pasir Panjang Responsibilities:
Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR function
Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR functions
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to suit the overall business strategy
Recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization\'s manpower needs
Manage employee\'s all Medical /WICA insurance claims & Factory Insurance
Submit NS make-up pay claims, levy claims, government-paid maternity leave claims and government-paid childcare leave claims
Manage the work passes applications (Work Permit, Spass, Employment Pass) including application, renewal, cancellation, keep updated on the expiry dates
Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
Maintenance of employee personnel records, compensation and benefit records, leave records
Planning and coordination of company events
Manage employee welfare and wellness programme
To bridge relationships between management and employee by addressing concerns and issues
Any ad-hoc HR duties/ projects as assigned by the management
Requirements
Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 5 years of working experiences
Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
Strong written and oral communication skills
In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices
