• Position Title: Senior HR Executive
• Working Location: Gul Circle (Near the MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri, 9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances + VB + Medical Insurance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes and transactions according to standard operating procedures (full spectrum of HR administration support including
• Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Learning & Development Programs Administration, and Office Administration duties).
• Ensures the smooth execution of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage benefits and payroll.
• Act as a point of contact for HR aspects for the employees and managers in the BU.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment-related laws for work-pass holders, such as residency and tax requirements, etc.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

• Displays good understanding and knowledge of Singapore human resources practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Experience in the handling payroll process
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
