• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Accurately perform and verify manual calculations for overtime.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Organize and oversee training and development programs.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and resolve any payroll issues.
• Prepare HR reports and compile data for management review.
• Participate in performance management processes.
• Lead and support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirement

• Good organization skills
• Proficiency in manual overtime calculation
• Immediate or short notice starter, generalist role with 3 years experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
