Job Description

s:

• Full spectrum of HR duties including payroll
• Monthly daily attendance sheet/KPI /payroll report to be given to the Group HR Manager in oversea Office
• CPF Contributions
• FWL Contributions
• Familiar with MOM website for WPOL and EPOL application/issuance/cancellation of WP/EP
• Maintenance of Worker's confidential information including Bank Account
• Prepare monthly payroll and pass to Accountant for processing
• Monitoring of all staff AL/MC/Childcare/NS Leaves/Maternity Leaves
• Follow up with One NS for NS Claim or Childcare leaves for any outstanding claims
• Employees' Insurance including Medical/WICA /Motor insurance renewals
• Arrangement of Bus Driver schedule for pick up and drop off of workers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR Studies or relevant
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources role
• Proficient in English and Chinese both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Able to commence work in Jan 2025
