Job Description

Job responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and take ownership in utilizing continuous improvement tools to constantly seek for improvement in order to stay relevant, and to provide an effective and efficient HR service systems to the business.
• yearly performance review & calibration exercise, talent review and succession planning
• Cross functional coordination for multiple HRIS systems.
• Support in annual appraisal and compensation and compensation review exercise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in regional HR corporate practices
• Good understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Asia Pacific
• Knowledge and experience in hands-on project management.
• Prior experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
