About the Role
We are seeking a
hands-on Senior HR Executive
to join our HR team, playing a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with
strong experience in payroll processing
and
blue-collar recruitment
, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end monthly payroll processing
for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, etc.)
Manage
recruitment activities for blue-collar and operational staff
, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain and update
employee records
, contracts, and HR databases
Administer
work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
via MOM portal
Support
HR policies, benefits administration, and disciplinary matters
Prepare HR reports, leave management, and handle employee queries
Assist in
HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum
3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
with hands-on
payroll and recruitment exposure
Experience handling
high-volume payroll
(preferably >200 headcount)
Prior exposure to
blue-collar workforce management
(manufacturing, construction, logistics, or service sectors)
Good knowledge of
Singapore employment laws and HR practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
Able to cope with fast-paced environment
