Responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes and transactions according to standard operating procedures (full spectrum of HR administration support including
Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Learning & Development Programs Administration, and Office Administration duties).
Ensures the smooth execution of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage benefits and payroll.
Act as a point of contact for HR aspects for the employees and managers in the BU.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment-related laws for work-pass holders, such as residency and tax requirements, etc.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
