Job Responsibilities:
Lead HR scheme review and implementation
Handle Employees\' Welfare and Benefits program
Handle Employees Relations, re-employment, resignation, disciplinary, grievance, and any other employee matters
Update and maintain relevant HR policies and processes
Support Workplace Health Promotion activities
Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Degree in HRM or Business Administration/Studies
Minimum 8 years of relevant human resource experience
Have knowledge and skills in Grading, performance management & salary review
Having the experience to lead HR scheme change is preferable
Strong leadership or character to change HR scheme
