Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Reviewing and implementing HR policies

\xc2\xb7 Talent acquisition strategy and the Safe Management Measures

\xc2\xb7 Manage HR related activities, documentation and coordination

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Min Degree in Human Resource/ Management/ Business or relevant

\xc2\xb7 Min 3-4 years working experience as HR managerial position

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

\xc2\xb7 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skill

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in RBA/ Safety/ ISO/ Safe Management and exposure in industrial relations will be an advantage
