Review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines to be in-line with all statutory requirements
Oversee recruitment process (including job posting/ advertising, screening, interviewing candidates), orientation of new employees to the organization, and following through of resignation process.
Review employment contracts and handle employee enquiry on HR related policies and practices.
Responsible for employment administration and reporting matters (including leave records, government claims (i.e. NS/ childcare leave claims, IR21))
Ensure compliance with legal, and all MOM and government requirements.
Carry out application, issuance, and cancellation of work passes in a timely manner.
Keep track of renewal and expiry dates of employees.
Administer, maintain and update employee information and personnel files.
Perform general office administrative duties.
Management of statutory checks and declaration in the event of pandemic
Payroll function is not required for this position.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent in related discipline.
Proficient computer skill(s) in MS Office required.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Eye for details and meticulous.
Must possess strong personal communication skills, the ability to influence and lead changes.
An understanding of any dialects, and/or any 3rd language would be an advantage (in order to liaise with the any dialects, and/or any 3rd language speaking associates).
