Our client is global industrial player and is seeking an HR Generalist to be part of their Singapore team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Act as a key HR point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting workforce needs
Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support rollout and implementation of HR projects, systems, and engagement initiatives
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies, and resolve employee queries efficiently
To be eligible for this role you will require:
A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
Strong expertise in Excel and generating reports.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
