Represent HR within business unit on all internal and external HR matters
Work closely with BU managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment needs from sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting candidates and filing job vacancies in a timely manner.
Work closely with various stakeholders to handle the full spectrum of an employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner, identify and resolve HR issues within the BU.
Provide input in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.
Assist with HR projects and provide HR administrative support as and when required.
Responsible for application/renewal/cancellation of work passes.
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Preferably Degree in Human Resource.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Marine/Construction industry.
Familiar with local employment laws and MOM work pass processing.
Knowledge in ERP will be advantageous.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
