Job Description


Requirements and Job Responsibilities: Human Resource

  • New staff orientation program and onboarding process
  • Competent in Job redesign, reviews, policy making & HR processes to attract & retain talents
  • Administer HRM system (Payroll, CPF contribution & levies), defence against security breaches and use of corporate or staff confidential and sensitive information
Legislation & Compliance
  • Familiar with industry best practices and able to constructively adapt and internalize for use
  • Well versed and knowledgeable with employment Act, statutory rules and regulations
  • Monitor proper HR governance and adherence to internal policies, staff entitlement and welfares.
Required skills:
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in HR Administration skills
  • At least Diploma in HRM or equivalent, preferable a member of HR professional body (SHRI or IHRP)
  • Calm, composed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently

  • Group CEO & Executive Director
