Requirements and Job Responsibilities:
Human Resource
New staff orientation program and onboarding process
Competent in Job redesign, reviews, policy making & HR processes to attract & retain talents
Administer HRM system (Payroll, CPF contribution & levies), defence against security breaches and use of corporate or staff confidential and sensitive information
Legislation & Compliance
Familiar with industry best practices and able to constructively adapt and internalize for use
Well versed and knowledgeable with employment Act, statutory rules and regulations
Monitor proper HR governance and adherence to internal policies, staff entitlement and welfares.
Required skills:
At least 5 years relevant experience in HR Administration skills
At least Diploma in HRM or equivalent, preferable a member of HR professional body (SHRI or IHRP)
Calm, composed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
