Senior HR Executive You will be responsible for end to end recruitment (blue-collar recruitment) and HR operations. Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris MRT Location: Loyang (Changi Logistic Centre) Working Hour Senior HR Executive You will be responsible for end to end recruitment (blue-collar recruitment) and HR operations. Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris MRT Location: Loyang (Changi Logistic Centre) Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm Our client is a worldwide leader in electronics component distribution and they are headquartered in Canada. Your Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers/ business units & HR corporate team on manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new joiners and off-boarding of departing employees. Report, update and recording of employee files for new hires, confirmation, adjustments, employee movements. Manage & update all leave matters. Computes leave balances & reporting needs. Update Payroll on leave that involves deduction of salaries, etc. Work with HR/payroll teams on monthly payroll, overtime, allowance process. Requirements: Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for warehouse or manufacturing environment involving blue collar/ shift duties workers. Exposure of general HR administration function in MNC. Knowledge of Employment Act and work pass application process. Good knowledge of Employment Act.
