  • Performing full spectrum of HR duties;
  • Responsible for interview and training employees;
  • Assisting in policy and procedure development, and processing, verifying, maintaining and developing documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications,
  • Explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants;
  • Manages MOM related Work Permit applications and renewals for Employment Passes, Special Passes and Work Permits.
  • Maintainence of group insurance policies, medical insurance and work injury insurance.
  • Completes paperwork and reports as required or requested with due diligence;
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals;
