Job Responsibilities
  • Monthly payroll process including overtime calculation, leave update, CPF, IR21 and etc.)
  • Handle full recruitment process which includes job advertisements and interview arrangement
  • Work permit application, cancellation, renewal and any work-related follow up
  • Conduct new employee orientation
  • Assist in staff training and development activities including food hygiene course/refresher course registration and renewal
  • Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal files/records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
  • Manage monthly leave balance for factory with due date
  • Handle birthday vouchers matters and ordering birthday cake for employees
  • Arrange yearly medical examination for factory workers (SFA food handlers medical examination)
  • Update item list in first aid kits and ensure items are available and within expiry date
  • Drafting letters or memo as and when requires
  • Answering incoming phone calls if others are not available
  • Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies and documentation control
  • Organise team bonding quarterly
  • Setup inventory record for all the existing stationeries purchased
  • Coordinate with Production Manager on all the ISO matters including monthly ISO form submission
  • Update outlets\xe2\x80\x99 DO into system daily and make sure the accuracy of data entry
  • Counter checking on the supplier details based on the DO provided
  • In charge of calibration and servicing schedule (vehicle, refrigeration system, cold room, fire extinguisher, test weight, machine, thermometer, etc)
  • Handle production repair/ maintenance matters (contact contractor)
  • Handle factory DO to stakeholder (issue DO and follow up with finance on invoice)
  • Assist in handling export matters such as paperwork preparation
  • Deal with Finance department for fuel usage receipt claim
  • Other duties or ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Requirements
  • At least 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience in HR related field
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of staff
  • Knowledge of local employement regulations
  • Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
  • Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
