Job Responsibilities: . Manage full recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage across multiple locations and geographies . Maintain an active requisition load and manage the entire recruiting cycle, from intake, sourcing, phone screen to offer extension for all assigned requisitions . Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates . Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally . Partner with hiring managers and recruiters (peers and direct reports) to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements . Create and maintain reports on recruitment metrics to provide impactful data insights . Performance management of KPIs towards achieving recruitment goals: . Establish and re-assess appropriate performance measurements at various stages of recruitment process . Establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance . Be a strategic talent advisor to hiring team. Leverage HR / business skills and knowledge to influence leadership in HR decision-making processes. . Operationalise competency-based HR management practices across HR functions. . Shape the talent management approach, develop progressive talent strategies and drive effective talent management initiatives to identify, groom, engage and retain the talent pool. . Drive performance and career development practices on the ground to build a high performing and engaged workforce, with good people management practices. Job Requirements: . 5-7 Years of recruiting experience required . Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence using market data to influence decision . Understand how to provide a consultative approach to help our stakeholders identify the best talent . Understand how to add value and create improvements to the recruitment process . Experience of recruitment best practice in multiple locations or jurisdictions . Direct sourcing capability and a proven record of working in a niche or challenging . Ability to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence . Good project management skills and strive to deliver on time. . Good interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships . Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders.
