Job Scope:
Liaise and coordinate on new hires\' onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate HR database on employee records.
Manage & Conduct recruitment progress and selection activities.
Perform payroll runs and preparation of payroll-related reports.
Perform work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and handle appeals.
Review and monitor all HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Manage training and development activities.
Assists in performance staff evaluation exercise.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Experienced in HR and Administrative role will have added advantages.
Proficient in MS Office
