Employee Lifecycle
Perform end-to-end employee lifecycle for the assigned business unit(s) i.e. Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Reward & Recognition, Retention & Exit
Recruitment & Selection
Analyses various approaches to identify potential candidates and ensures an engaging and optimal experience for employees
Conducts background checks, negotiates pay packages and presents employment offers to selected candidates
Creates new hire information packs and delivers orientation sessions for new hires
Engagement
Active participation in the planning and execution of employee wellness and recreational activities
Administer the employee engagement surveys, analyse data collected and implement initiatives to enhance employees' engagement levels and well-being
Support the management of workplace issue, investigates routine grievances raised and proposes resolutions
Learning & Development
Liaises with line managers for the sourcing and registration of courses
Manages communication of learning calendars and employee participation across various learning programmes
Assists in talent assessment to identify high-potential talent and programme implementation for high-potential talent
Supports the organisational HR function in developing and implementing programmes for succession planning
Track training hours and grants disbursement
Requirements:
Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Self-Starter
Confident in engaging and building relationships with various stakeholders
Proficient in Employment Act
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Words/Excel/Powerpoint)
Prior experience in the Hospitality or Manufacturing industry will be advantageous
