Responsibilities include counseling employees and managers on HR-related matters, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and advising on recruitment and selection. The position also entails participating in employee performance improvement and disciplinary meetings, maintaining compliance with employment laws, preparing HR reports, and staying updated on HR trends and best practices.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate should have a bachelor\'s degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
