Assess business needs and expectations, implementing sustainable HR solutions to support growth.
Oversee all HR functions across divisions, including recruitment, employee relations, salary planning, training, benefits, and other key activities.
Develop and roll out training and development programs to improve employee skills, career growth, and build a strong talent pipeline for a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Coordinate training efforts and ensure timely, accurate updates to training records.
Support talent acquisition and succession planning by collaborating with stakeholders on manpower strategies aligned with company goals and addressing operational and staffing needs with leadership.
Assist with employee relations, acting as a go-to for inquiries and hosting monthly feedback sessions.
Manage onboarding/offboarding, including work pass coordination, offer letters, contract renewals, and maintaining HRIS records efficiently.
Administer performance reviews and salary adjustments and pay-for-performance principles.
Create HR metrics and reports to guide decision-making.
Handle statutory reporting, such as labor market surveys.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, multinational manufacturing setting.
Strong expertise in HR practices with a track record of solving challenges in complex, dynamic environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills suited for a high-speed workplace.
Strategic thinker with top-notch problem-solving, resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, handle pressure, meet deadlines, and keep accurate records.
Team-oriented with strong judgment and discretion, skilled at fostering relationships across all levels.
