Job Description

Our client a boutique FI is hiring for a Senior HR Lead.


The Senior HR Business Partner will play a strategic and operational role in delivering HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Regional CHRO and business leaders, you will partner on matters related to talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and HR policy implementation.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys broad-scope HR responsibilities, thrives in a boutique and agile environment, and aspires to grow into a senior HR leadership position.


Job Responsibilities



1.

Strategic HR Business Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to leadership across departments (e.g., Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, Treasury). Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth, risk management, and regulatory readiness.

2.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Build strong talent pipelines in alignment with the organization's growth and succession plans. Collaborate with line managers to forecast and plan staffing needs.

3.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure HR practices are fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

4.

Performance & Reward Management
Implement robust performance management frameworks, including KPIs aligned to business targets. Oversee compensation reviews and manage incentive programs in line with risk-adjusted performance models.

5.

Learning & Organizational Development
Drive capability-building programs across departments, including leadership development. Develop and implement a learning roadmap to support continuous upskilling of existing employees

6.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performance culture. Provide guidance on disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and conflict management.

Job Requirements


Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Min. 12-15 years of HR experience, preferably in the banking, NBFI, or financial services sector.


Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
