Support the HR director in all end-to-end HR functions from talent acquisition, people engagement, shared services and people development.
To lead, drive and implement key human capital policies which will shape the organization and improve retention outcomes.
Drive performance management outcomes and analyse data for progression and policies.
Plan and execute HR engagement campaigns to create awareness, communicate and constantly engage our people.
Benchmark and oversee compensation and benefits program to deliver effective outcomes.
Active collaboration with Business units and other parts of the organization to understand the challenges, pulse and support needs for human capital outcomes.
Requirements:
Preferably with minimum 5 years in a managerial position
Good leadership, analytical and managerial skills, ability to work independently and in teams
Excellent communication skills and a desire to step up to help others
Good negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Able to work under pressure and short timelines
A desire to grow and transform for the better
Proficient in MS Office applications
