About Our Client
Our client is a US-based MNC specialising in the packaging industry. With their APAC HQ located in Singapore, they are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead the regional HR team in designing and executing all HR initiatives across the region. This position reports directly to the President of APAC.- Manage the full spectrum of HR activities including planning, directing, managing and implementing Corporate HR strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop key strategies and objectives for the organisation, ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities
- Partner with leaders to assess current talent and develop long term talent strategies that establish required competencies and skill levels which ultimately improves the performance of the organisation.
- Take an active role to champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and Company regulations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 15 years of HR full spectrum experience with 5 years in HR management at regional level
- Experience in manufacturing environment is a strong plus
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities, initiatives and self discipline to drive towards Company\'s objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and hands-on
- A pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in MS Excel skills for data analytics and reporting
